REFUNDS

Tickets purchased through our website can be refunded on request up to two weeks before the date of the show. After that date, if you are unable to attend then we can attempt to resell your tickets, and if successful you will be refunded. Any refunds given will be minus the booking fee.


CONCESSIONS

Where applicable, concessions are available for under 18s and those in receipt of Universal Credit. Proof of concession may be required at the Box Office.


DISABLED ACCESS

There is step-free access and space for wheelchair users at The Wardrobe Theatre, Tobacco Factory Theatres and 1532 Performing Arts Centre. Unfortunately there is no disabled access at The Alma Theatre. If you have access requirements please contact us via our form here


TICKETING

After you purchase tickets through our website you will receive a confirmation email and your name will be added to a list that will be checked at the Box Office on the night of the show. The procedure when purchasing directly through venues, or third party ticket agents, will vary - please check at the point of purchase if you have any queries.


FOOD & DRINK

All venues have bars in the building and drinks can be taken into shows. Some venues serve food, however please be aware that hot food cannot be taken into shows, so please allow plenty of time if you are planning to eat beforehand.


CONDUCT

All attendees must be courteous towards performers and other audience members. Anyone engaging in disruptive behaviour will be warned, and if the behaviour continues will be asked to leave. This includes talking during shows, heckling and the use of mobile phones.


RESALE

Customers are not permitted to resell their tickets themselves, or through third party organisations. Anyone found attempting to do this will have their booking cancelled without refund.
